BioBazar has been running since 27 November 2010 and was the first organic market in Poland. It all started at the Food Film Fest culinary film festival. Today it is housed in Fabryka Norblina, in the historic hall of the former Second Wire Drawing Mill.
Around 80 percent of the products are certified organic. The rest are things that by their nature cannot be certified, such as wild mushrooms and herbs or wild-caught fish. Alongside seasonal organic vegetables and fruit there are also artisanal products, natural cosmetics and cleaning products.
