The All-Poland Festival of Good Taste (Ogólnopolski Festiwal Dobrego Smaku) has been held in Poznań since 2007. It began with the idea of a Polish Liqueur of the Year competition. Today its heart is the Good Taste Fair on Plac Wolności, and the jubilee 20th edition ran from 21 to 23 August 2026.
The stalls of exhibitors from many regions of Poland hold cheeses, cold cuts, preserves, bakes and regional specialities, as well as dishes to taste on the spot. There are plenty of tastings and cooking demonstrations. Entry is free.
