The first Local Products Festival took place on 18-19 July 2026 on Rynek Kościuszki in Białystok. It was organised by the Podlaskie Local Product Centre, and more than 50 exhibitors set up on the square, mostly producers from the Centre's database. Entry was free.
The stalls held cheeses, cold cuts, honey, bread, preserves and handicrafts. Visitors could talk to the producers and taste regional specialities. On Sunday a 120-kilogram carpaccio of beetroot and Korycin cheese was prepared as an attempt at a Polish record.
