'Flavours of the Regions' is a three-day fair of regional and traditional food, held every September at the Poznań International Fair grounds. It is one of the most important culinary events in Poland — a true feast for lovers of local flavours, from aromatic cold cuts and cheeses, through honey, bread and preserves, to liqueurs and homemade pastries.
Every year the event attracts nearly 200 exhibitors from almost every Polish region, presenting products made according to traditional recipes. It is a perfect opportunity to discover the culinary richness of all of Poland in one place — from the Tatra Highlands to Kashubia, from Podlasie to Lower Silesia.
The fair offers plenty of attractions — besides tasting regional specialities, visitors can enjoy cooking shows, culinary workshops (including sessions for children) and competitions for prestigious awards, such as the Flavours of the Regions Fair Medal. It is an event that combines education with the pleasure of eating.
The fair is a great choice for food and culinary tradition enthusiasts, families with children, and anyone looking for healthy, certified food. Admission is free, making the event accessible to everyone — including tourists visiting Poznań in September.
The event takes place in Pavilion 3A of the Poznań International Fair at ul. Głogowska 14 — one of the largest and most modern exhibition venues in the country. The fair takes place every year in late September.
